Questions

Can I give a free or discounted membership?

Yes. Add a discount when you add or renew a member, or give a free membership, for example to staff or for a trial week.

What happens when I change a plan's price?

Only new and renewed memberships use the new price. Memberships already paid stay as they are.

Can my front desk staff use it?

Yes. Add your team with their own logins. Front desk staff can add members and take fees, while totals and revenue stay with the owner.

Is it really free?

Yes. The Free plan covers gyms with up to 40 active members. Larger gyms upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited members.
